Good Teochew-style crystal dumplings with a supple and translucent skin are hard to find in Singapore these days. This Michelin-approved stall has been operating since 1951 and you can choose from three different fillings: savoury turnip that goes perfectly with their signature sambal sauce, as well as two sweet varieties in the form of red bean and yam. This might just be the only stall left in Singapore with this nostalgic taste!
