Tai Liok Claypot Chicken Rice
Tai Liok Claypot Chicken Rice is frequently on the lists of best claypot rice in Singapore, with its moist and fluffy rice packed with chicken chunks, Chinese sausage and leafy greens, then generously drizzled with dark sauce and sesame oil. Queues can get really long, especially since the dish is made from scratch in the claypot. We do recommend calling ahead, otherwise, be prepared to wait 40 to 60 minutes! They also serve a range of soups to complement the main dish, such as Water Cress with Pork Ribs, Herbal Black Chicken, and Preserved Vegetable with Duck Meat.
