A Michelin Bib Gourmand stall, Noo Cheng has been serving their signature Big Prawn Noodles for over 30 years. From $8, the prices are steep for a hawker dish, but you get a really hearty portion of springy noodles served with huge, meaty prawns. And how could we forget their umami broth? Prawn shells, pork bones and chicken bones all go into making this yummy concoction.
